We also offer subscribing clients a range of regular “best practice” clinics, iplanit health-checks and access to the iplanit resource center where we regularly update our library of training and good practice materials.
All hosting is carried out in country, in partnership with leading, top tier, hosting infrastructure providers. These are all fully certified for ISO 27001 and related data center standards.

All providers have access to the support desk service which is included as part of the Aspirico service agreement. We operate a ticket tracking service to ensure prompt and personalized responses to all enquiries and requests for assistance. This offers you access to all improvements and additional functional enhancements to the iplanit solutions being used.
Our support service includes product troubleshooting and timely access to any patches, as well as access to upgrades, new releases, product documentation, video and other online support resources.
