Delivering Your Unique System Configuration
The Aspirico consulting team have accumulated significant knowledge and experience in using technology to drive strategic change within the social care and mental health sectors. Our consulting activities include:
- Your system set up and configuration – based on the Aspirico Quickstart methodology. This proven process can be implemented in weeks if required and is based on an agile, iterative, approach to system configuration, deployment, testing, and sign off.
- Project management – Your dedicated client management team will develop a tailored project implementation plan for you and support this with a hands-on approach to supporting you through your implementation and rollout process.
- Training and staff development – We recognise that the primary users of Aspirico solutions are service users themselves, practitioners, carers and provider management. Our vision is to ensure our solutions are the most accessible, user friendly, intuitive solutions available in the market today. As such, Aspirico consultants provide a wide range of training services from on-site training to on-line training and blended training delivery models. These services and extensive on-line knowledge resources ensure that your staff are fully trained and supported on the use of iplanit. We offer clients a wide range of other services including best practice clinics, iplanit health-checks, and access to on-line resources.
Supporting You and Your iplanit solution
Our philosophy is to continuously build best practice into the iplanit software by encouraging feedback and suggestions from our users. We measure our client satisfaction based on the feedback from service users, supporters and management. All providers have access to the support desk service which is included as part of the Aspirico service agreement. We operate a ticket tracking service to ensure prompt and personalized responses to all enquiries and requests for assistance. This offers you access to all improvements in terms of additional functional enhancements to the solutions being used. In addition providers can avail of email at firstname.lastname@example.org and telephone-based support. Our support service includes product troubleshooting,s and timely access to any patches, as well as access to upgrades, new releases, product documentation, video and other online support resources, including the iplanit Learning Centre.
iplanit Hosting Services
iplanit is normally delivered as a hosted, cloud-based service but can also be deployed on dedicated, third-party or on–premise servers. All hosting is within your country, in partnership with leading, top tier, hosting infrastructure providers. These are all fully certified for ISO 27001 security accreditations and related data center standards.
Security and Data Privacy
Aspirico is very conscious that privacy and security of data is a critical component to your services. To this end, Aspirico continues to invest in ensuring that the appropriate levels of security are incorporated into iplanit. Aspirico is fully ISO270001 Certified, NHS DSP compliant, Cyber Essentials Certified (IAMSE) with the iplanit software running on ISO certified hosting services contracted via British Telecom. ISO 27001 is recognised as the international standard for managing security and data privacy to best practice levels.
Aspirico has a detailed set of policies and procedures in place to ensure our system is consistent with GDPR and other data privacy statutory obligations within the countries where we operate.
Aspirico is also registered with the relevant data commissioners and adheres to current information governance standards. All Aspirico staff are trained in security awareness in line with our ISO 27001 and Information Security Management System processes which are maintained and audited annually.
