The Grange chose to implement iplanit through a phased approach: Phase 1 would see the organisation roll out core iplanit functionalities as a matter of priority to enable the move from paper based processes to digital plans. This will ensure The Grange will be able to start tracking and evidencing outcomes from go live and easily manage individual support plans. Phase 2 will include the implementation of the incident management module to enable the recording, tracking and monitoring of any events and incidents, specifically configured to The Grange’s needs, in a single point system.
