Company News: Aspirico shortlisted at the prestigious Health Investor 2017 Awards for "Technology Provider of the Year".

February 2017, London- Aspirico is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted as one of the finalists for: "Technology Provider of the Year" as part of the prestigious annual Health Investor awards for 2017. Run by Health Investor Magazine, a publication for professionals advising, investing or operating within the health sector, the Health Investor Awards promote excellence and recognise achievement in care.

Health Investor stated that entries were pouring in for this year's allocades and Aspirico has been shortlisted with five other suppliers who have demonstrated excellence in technology services provision. Declan Kelly, CEO of Aspirico comments: "The Aspirico entry was based on our innovative approach to person centred care which is enabled through our flagship "iplanit" solution suite. A growing list of leading providers within the disability, mental health and vulnerable people sectors are now using iplanit to support tens of thousands of individuals on a daily basis."

Client Watch: Linkability utilize iplanit for compliance

September 2016, London - Leading regional (North West UK) disability provider have successfully rolled out iplanit to support their dialogue with commissioners and inspectors.

During a recent visit by the CQC to Linkability, the commissioners used iplanit as part of their checks.

One of the many comments made by the CQC inspector around the electronic planning system in the report said: "Staff spoken with said the new electronic system was working well, people's records were held in one place and easy to maintain and keep up to date. The records were looked at were accurate and complete and reflected what we had been told about each person." Source: CQC Link-ability report

Go Live: iplanit goes live to support person centred practices at the Woodville Alliance in Australia

May 2016, London - Woodville Alliance committed to the iplanit system to assist them in streamlining service provision to their clients over a 6 month pilot project for 200 teams. In addition to the core iplanit solution, Woodville opted in for the Calendar module to provide a more interactive service for the clients and to provide instant structured direction in person centre approach to staff teams.

Woodville needed a solution to enable them to drive a more person centred approach for their clients, monitor clients outcomes and to be able to report on progress. They needed to effectively capture and track what's important to and person as well as important for a person. In addition they needed to use the plan and outcome data to allow them to bill against services delivered with the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme).

During the successful pilot the web based system was further configured to meet Woodville's business needs, and iplanit is now live across Woodville services and locations helping them to promote person centred care and inclusion.

After implementing and rolling out iplanit, Woodville have reported on a number of benefits:

  • Significant time savings in terms of reducing inefficient paper handling (reporting)
  • Significant improvement in transparency across all of the different roles within Woodville
  • Enhanced team cohesion based on the instant mobile access to clients plans and outcomes
  • Being able to bill NDIS accurately based on services delivered to clients
  • A more interactive and inclusive approach to person centred care: people able to upload multimedia and link items to their plans, staff able to give real evidence to clients' family and circle of support.
